Effective date: January 1, 2025. By using this website or requesting a Cinder & Sage Studio class, you agree to these terms.
Class requests and payment
A cart or inquiry is not a confirmed reservation until the studio confirms availability and provides applicable payment instructions. Prices, materials, seat counts, and schedules may be updated before confirmation.
Participation and safety
Participants must follow instructor guidance, use tools responsibly, keep work areas orderly, and disclose relevant access needs before attending. Studio clay, glaze, dust, and equipment require ordinary care and attention.
Cancellations and unfinished work
Cancellation, transfer, and refund options depend on the class notice period and current listing terms. Clay requires drying and firing time; the studio will communicate collection instructions, but firing outcomes can vary with material and process.
Intellectual property
Cinder & Sage Studio owns its original website copy, teaching materials, marks, and design. You retain rights to your own finished work while agreeing not to reproduce proprietary teaching materials for commercial distribution.
Limits and changes
To the extent permitted by law, the studio is not responsible for indirect losses arising from website use or circumstances outside reasonable control. We may revise these terms by publishing an updated effective date. Questions belong at [email protected].
